The Elite spotting scope offers unmatched brightness and edge-to-edge clarity. | Bushnell then used ED Prime Extra-Low Dispersion fluorite glass for the lens. The optics and glass combine to deliver extra-sharp, extra-bright, brilliant color resolution and contrast even at the longest ranges, making the scope ideal for travelers, birders, backpackers, and big-game hunters. The glass also virtually eliminates chromatic aberration and color fringing, helping it bring out the most distinct details possible in low-light conditions. To ensure a clear view in moist conditions, the Elite scope includes Bushnell's patented RainGuard HD lens coating. Featured on all Elite products, the unique water-repellent coating causes water drops from rain, snow, sleet, or condensation to bead up into much smaller droplets. These tiny droplets scatter less light, resulting in a much clearer and brighter view.
