Every SCHNEIDERN binocular is warranted by SCHNEIDERN INC to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of THREE YEAR from the date of original purchase in the U.S.A SCHNEIDERN INC will repair or replace the product, or part thereof, found upon inspection by SCHNEIDERN INC to be defective, provided the defective part or product is returned to SCHNEIDERN INC freight prepaid, with proof of purchase satisfactory to SCHNEIDERN INC This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
All returns must be accompanied by a written statement setting forth the name, address, and daytime telephone number of the owner, together with a brief description of any claimed defects. Parts or product for which replacement is made shall become the property of SCHNEIDERN INC
This warranty is subject to the following terms and limitations: (1) Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. In order to make it easier to provide you with warranty service, SCHNEIDERN INC strongly suggests that you send us the completed warranty registration card within 30 days of purchase.
This warranty shall be void and of no force of effect in the event a covered product has been modified in design or function, or subjected to abuse, misuse, mishandling or unauthorized repair. Further, product malfunction or deterioration due to normal wear is not covered by this warranty.
